We'reย looking for a strategic and detail-driven Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys leading pursuits from kickoff to submission. In this role,ย you'llย partner closely with technical teams, regional leadership, and business development professionals to create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing initiatives that help win meaningful work nationwide.ย 

This is an opportunity for an experienced A/E/C marketer who enjoys both high-level strategy and hands-on execution - someone who can balance deadlines, lead with confidence, and mentor others while elevating the quality and consistency of our brand.ย 

Whatย You'llย Doย 
  • Lead and manage complex proposal pursuits from strategy through submissionย ย 

  • Write and develop proposal content, including project descriptions, resumes, qualifications, and marketing collateral ย 

  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop winning strategies, themes, and differentiatorsย ย 

  • Participate in capture planning, client research, and go/no-go discussionsย ย 

  • Support interview preparation and presentation rehearsalsย ย

What You Bringย 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related fieldย ย

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skillsย ย 

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing prioritiesย ย

At Walker Consultants, we are committed toย maintainingย fairness and equity in our pay practices. For this role, the estimated base salary range isย $85,000ย - $110,000ย per year. The final salary offered may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, internal equity, and other considerationsย permittedย by law.
