Bindery and Finishing Technician

Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated commercial print, marketing and design franchise is seeking candidates for a position as a Bindery and Print Finishing Technician in our Norwich, CT location. This is a full-time Monday – Friday day shift position. Seeking candidates with professional print finishing and bindery experience, but we are willing to train an ambitious candidate with a high mechanical aptitude. Compensation commensurate with experience.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the print finishing and bindery department, to include; cutting, collating, stapling, scoring, perforating, padding, envelope stuffing, book binding and packaging of all printed products.

Minimum qualifications required for consideration:

  • Previous experience in commercial print production, or other closely related fields (wide format, commercial signage, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High organizational competence, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong basic math and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus but not required.
