Job description

Description:

The General Laborer will work on our assembly line supporting the production of windows. This is an entry level role, and we will fully train the right candidate. Experience in window or door manufacturing is a plus but not required.


Key Responsibilities
• Work on the assembly line building window components
• Use hand tools and equipment (training provided)
• Load/unload materials or assist with product movement
• Perform quality checks and follow production standards
• Maintain work area safety and cleanliness
• Support general shop tasks as needed


$17:00 - $18.00 Depending on Mfg. Experience

Requirements:


  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the job, including standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and working with hands and tools
  • Reliable and dependable: consistently shows up on time and maintains regular attendance
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors, lead installers, and foremen
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment and maintain respectful communication
  • Willingness to learn on the job; training will be provided
  • Ability to work safely and follow company safety rules and procedures
  • Comfortable working in construction or manufacturing environments, including indoor and outdoor settings
  • Ability to maintain a positive, cooperative attitude even in fast-paced or physically demanding situations
