Job description

Quality Control Inspector: Night Shift
We are an AISC certified fabricator seeking a Quality Inspector for our night shift. This is a stable, long-term position offering consistent hours, regular overtime, and Saturday shifts as needed. We are committed to employee development through ongoing training and AISC certified fabricator coursework. Qualified candidates must have hands-on welding experience, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Read, interpret, and explain blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Inspect parts, welds, and assemblies for quality and conformance.
  • Document and report non-conformances per company procedures.
  • Support production tracking and maintain accurate inspection records.
  • Communicate findings clearly to production staff and management.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Hands-on welding experience with knowledge of common weld defects.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with company quality standards and procedures.
  • Available to work night shift, including extended hours as needed.
