POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated BMW Master Shop Foreman to lead our automotive service team. This vital position involves managing daily shop operations, ensuring high-quality repairs, and guiding our technicians. Candidates who are passionate about BMW vehicles, possess advanced technical expertise, and have strong leadership abilities are encouraged to apply.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Â
- Supervise and coordinate all shop activities, including schedules, workflow, and staff assignments.
- Oversee and carry out complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles.
- Ensure all work complies with BMW standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Mentor, train, and develop technicians to foster a high-performance team.
- Conduct quality control inspections and confirm repairs are complete.
- Work closely with service advisors and management to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated with BMW technology, tools, and training requirements.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- BMW Master Certification.
- BMW HV Specialty Certified.
- ASE Master Certified.
- Expertise in BMW systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
