As a Manager, Quality Control at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
What You Will Do:
You will oversee quality assurance and compliance workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the quality control operations, including the testing and inspection of products to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Leading, training, and mentoring a team of quality control staff to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with production, regulatory, and research teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitoring quality control metrics and preparing reports to assess quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal policies in all quality control activities.

Your Profile:
You will have solid quality assurance and compliance experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience:
