Job description

Snelling is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting products and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
 
The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, highly detail-oriented, computer proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect products and components for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Document inspection results accurately using computer systems and Excel.
  • Identify, document, and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams.
  • Follow established quality control procedures and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
  • Assist with identifying trends and recurring quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking employees and management.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English - REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or Inspection preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and specifications.
  • Ability to identify defects and quality concerns.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM on a rotational schedule.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
