Schedule: Mon. - Thurs. (6am to 4:30pm)
  • Hourly rate is $19

General Summary
The Quality Lab Technician supports quality control processes by performing regular product inspections and process audits, providing lab results and quality control outputs to help meet daily quality control goals and drive continuous improvement. This role ensures that products meet established standards and that procedures are followed correctly across production and warehouse areas.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Conducts daily product quality inspections, audits products coming off machines and finishing lines, and reports test results to
  • Completes quality inspection forms, monitors the quality process, and shares findings with team leaders and supervisors.
  • Audits receiving inspection and warehouse processes, and reports findings with suggestions to management.
  • Maintains list of all confirmation samples including signed controls that prevent sample misplacement.
  • Assists in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and creating visual aids to support standardized processes.
  • Performs production and warehouse audits to ensure SOPs are followed

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School or GED equivalent is required.
  • Six months of experience as a Quality Control Inspector or Process Auditor with some documented quality management experience.
  • Understanding of setting and implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels throughout the organization.
  • Ability to train and explain procedures, instructions, and visual resources to others.
  • Strong accountability skills.
