Assured Quality Systems provides quality services to our clients such as Containment Rapid Response, Onsite Management, Liaison Support, and 3rd Party Sorting. We pride ourselves on being innovative and strive to be industry leaders. We value our team members and are looking for the right candidate with the following qualities: team player, attention to detail, strong multi-tasking ability, dedicated, reliable, high accuracy rate, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to start immediately.
Work Environment:
  • Work environments vary by industry and establishment size; some inspectors examine similar products for an entire shift, while others examine a variety of items.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and lift at least 30 lbs. for the entire duration of your shift.
  • Safety vest and other PPE are required to be worn throughout the shift.
  • Steel boots are required.

LOCATION: Simpsonville, KY.
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM -6:00 PM (or end of production) Monday -Friday with possible weekend work $16.50 per hour.
  • 2nd Shift: 6:00 pm -6:00 am (or end of production) Monday-Friday with possible weekend work $16.50 per hour.
  • Paid biweekly.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL SHIFT 12 HOURS.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements:
Quality Control Inspectors typically do the following:
  • Read blueprints and specifications.
  • Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
  • Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
  • Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
  • Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
  • Operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
  • Accept or reject finished items.
  • Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
  • Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.
