Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of personal injury cases, including but not limited to:
- Car accidents
- Slip and falls
- Medical malpractice
- Product liability
- Wrongful death
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and insurance companies
- Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
