Job Summary

Our client, a Rhode Island law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. This leader will play a key role and will set the direction for our team-oriented culture as we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations by providing extraordinary legal care.


What you’ll be doing:

· Personally handle a file load of personal injury and medical malpractice cases

· Extensive client interaction , from intake through case resolution

· Prepare demands and negotiate successful resolutions on behalf of clients

· Attend and advocate for clients at hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trial

· Independently research, interpret and apply legal principles in the context of motion practice and litigation

· Attend and participate in weekly team meetings relating to the evaluation and advancement of injury and malpractice cases

· Work collaboratively with senior attorneys in litigating complex medical negligence and serious injury cases

· Active involvement in all phases of client representation from intake, initial office conferences, case development, demand, negotiation, and case resolution

· Monday to Friday in Providence office. Opportunity for hybrid schedule once fully onboarded.

· Periodic night and weekend availability

Salary: 100k base + Variable/Bonuses
