⚖️ Litigation Attorney – Little Rock, AR

Join one of the fastest-growing Personal Injury litigation firms in the U.S.

Slocumb Law Firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Little Rock, AR.

This is a unique opportunity to expand our established priority to help our clients obtain the justice and compensation they deserve while helping establish and grow our presence in this new office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in the litigation of Personal Injury Law.

What You’ll Do

Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to and including trial.

Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients.

Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.

Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters.

Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.

Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Juris Doctor (JD)

Active Arkansas license and in good standing

At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred

Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills

Ability to independently manage a full inventory of both pre-lit and litigation cases

Results-driven mindset
