Job description

Position: Data Center Technician

Location: Fairless Hills, PA

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months, with possible transition to permanent role)

Level: Entry-Level/Level 1 Technician

Pay Rate: $30/hr

Job Description:

Are you seeking an opportunity to build your technical skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? We are looking for reliable and motivated Level 1 Data Center Technicians to support data center operations in Fairless Hills, PA, with the potential for a full-time position after a 6-month contract.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install cabling in a structured environment within the data center
  • Perform patching on pre-configured racks
  • Use computer-based tools, including Boost, for daily operations and task tracking
  • Assist with troubleshooting network and connectivity issues
  • Support installation and general maintenance projects (splicing skills are a bonus, but not required)


Work Environment:

  • Construction-like data center setting
  • Exposure to hot and dusty conditions
  • Adherence to strict security protocols at all times
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided
