Schedule: (Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm to start, 7:30am to 4:00pm after introductory period is over.)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic lab office team. In this role, you will be the crucial bridge between our dental technicians, office staff and the dentists/dental surgeons we serve. You’ll help ensure our operations run seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch drivers, based on customer and employee needs, service calls, or predetermined routes and cities.
  • Monitor and track the location of drivers in real-time using our tracking software.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, route changes, and other dispatch-related data.
  • Communicate with drivers, employees, and customers to ensure accurate delivery and/or service completion.
  • Communicate and respond to doctor inquiries, providing updates on the status of deliveries and pickups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during the dispatching process.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proven entry-level experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You must feel comfortable speaking on the phone.
  • Be able to accept feedback and correction without dispute from fellow co-workers and Management.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with local geography such as South Bay and Los Angeles areas, and traffic patterns.
