We are excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant position at our thriving organization, where we prioritize excellent customer interaction and continuous improvement. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to launch their careers in customer service and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. 
Job: On site
Location: Riverside, CA
Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs or inquiries.
  • Assist customers with product information, inquiries, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service delivery and team performance.
  • Handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
