Job description

We are seeking part time and full-time agents.

Licensed Life/Health Agents Can Start Immediately!

If Not Licensed- Great Training Program to Obtain License.

No Cold Calling- Work with In-House Leads- People who took the time to fill out a form in THEIR HANDWRITING and REQUESTED FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT AND HELP THEM.

  • WORK IN A TEAM BASED ENVIRONMENT-RESIDUAL INCOME
  • TRAINING WITH TOP PRODUCERS
  • YEARLY EXOTIC INCENTIVE TRIPS

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Agents with a Business Mindset
  • Driven to Change Their Financial Situation
  • Self-Motivated
  • Hard Working
  • Coachable-Very Important
  • Team Player/Leader
  • Willing to Plug into Our Training Program and System
  • Bi-Lingual is a Plus but not a requirement

INCOME:

  • Part Time-35-75K
  • Full Time-100K plus First Year
  • Average: $300-$500 Commission Per Appointment

REQUIREMENTS:

Life Insurance License HUGE PLUS or Willingness to Obtain One (Can be Obtained in 20 days or Less)
