Join Everyone Matters Healthcare Services, LLC as a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In this full-time remote role, you will provide essential support to individuals navigating their mental health journeys, focusing specifically on the complexities faced by underserved communities and mothers. Your expertise will guide clients toward improved mental well-being and community health, making a significant difference in their lives.

About the Organization

Founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, Everyone Matters Healthcare Services, LLC is committed to providing comprehensive outpatient services. Located in beautiful Roseburg, Oregon, our organization utilizes a community-based approach to improve the quality of life for our clients, advocating for those at the intersection of mental health and socioeconomic challenges. Our valued team members contribute their unique skills and perspectives to create an inclusive and supportive environment.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your home while effectively reachable by colleagues and clients. Although you will be primarily working from a distance, on-site visits to veterans' homes may be necessary on occasion. You will engage with colleagues from various disciplines in a collaborative telehealth setting, leveraging electronic medical records and communication tools to ensure quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and document assessments, ensuring comprehensive understanding and management of each patient’s situation.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing standardized practice guidelines tailored to individual diagnoses.
  • Provide ongoing therapy, supportive counseling, and educational resources to clients, fostering a collaborative client-therapist relationship.
  • Deliver on-call crisis intervention during working hours, assisting patients in acute situations and connecting them with immediate resources when necessary.
  • Assess suicide risk and implement harm reduction strategies, maintaining precise documentation to facilitate continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical and support staff, to develop holistic treatment approaches for complex psychiatric disorders.
  • Engage in the development of clinical reports and consult on challenging cases, contributing to the collective knowledge and experience within the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions to monitor progress, adhere to ethical standards, and fulfill reporting mandates.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on marginalized groups, particularly mothers and individuals from underserved populations. Building a relationship based on empathy and understanding of socioeconomic variables impacting mental health, you will create a safe space for clients to explore their challenges. Your work will empower patients to address their mental health needs while improving their overall community health.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
  • An independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) valid in the state of residence, demonstrating your qualifications to practice.
  • Strong familiarity with electronic medical records and adeptness in computer skills, particularly with Windows applications and professional communication tools.
  • A valid driver’s license for potential on-site visits as necessary.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience conducting mental health assessments, community outreach, and working with substance abuse populations.
  • Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, providing insights into integrated treatment strategies.
  • Ability to manage a large caseload, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness in care delivery.
  • Proven track record of passionate engagement in behavioral health care, showcasing a commitment to improving client outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits

As part of our team, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually. We offer a robust benefits package including life and disability insurance, professional liability coverage, and an employee assistance program focused on mental health support. With minimal paperwork, you can focus entirely on your practice, maintaining a fulfilling caseload. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance will ensure your well-being is prioritized alongside your clients' needs.
