Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for our commercial policyholders, ensuring their business insurance needs are fully met.

Review existing policies and recommend coverage updates that align with our clients' evolving risks.

Process renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance with accuracy and care.

Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms that best benefit the client.

Document client interactions and changes in our management system to maintain precise records.

Participate in client meetings to explain complex coverage options in plain, accessible language.


Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License. Open to the right candidate to get licensed.

Two or more years of experience managing commercial lines accounts.

Familiarity with agency management systems and policy forms.

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

Professional certification such as CISR or CIC is a significant plus.
