Horizon Health in any Horizon location is seeking a full-time Risk Management Coordinator. The Risk Management Coordinator provides administrative, operational and organizational support to the Risk Management & Compliance Department and Horizon Health. This role is
essential to support organizational efforts related to Risk Management, OSHA, Emergency Preparedness, and Compliance. Successful candidates for the Risk Management Coordinator should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Horizon Health offers a team-oriented work environment focused on meeting the needs of individual patients while supporting and contributing to the health and wellness of our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development and coordination of OSHA and Emergency Preparedness efforts.
  • Assist with Incident Management to ensure accurate documentation and investigation of reported incidents and compliance concerns.
  • Coordinate with individuals to obtain and maintain necessary documentation, assist with verification completion, application completion, document tracking and other necessary tasks for Professional Credentialing.
