Job description

We are seeking a Risk Services Consultant to join our team in Jersey City, NYC, and Long Island. The role involves providing technical expertise in loss prevention programs and working closely with underwriters and insureds.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk analysis studies to maintain maximum protection of an organization’s assets.
  • Deliver risk management and loss prevention programs in a given product area.
  • Perform loss control surveys, analysis, and recommendations for complex risks.
  • Communicate with agents, insureds, and underwriters about specific risks and loss prevention trends.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of safety legislation, regulation, and current loss experiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; a degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Seven to ten years of related experience.
  • Desirable designations such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or ARM (Associate in Risk Management).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Territory: New York City + 5 Boroughs; Long Island, NY; Jersey City, NJ.

Salary Range: $90,226.00 – $100,840.00 (ultimate salary based on experience and location).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s Annual Incentive Performance Plan.
