Business Development Representative Southeast Michigan | Field-Based

$50,000 Base Salary + Incentives

$60,000โ€“$70,000+ Realistic First-Year Earnings

You don't need years of sales experience to be good at business development.

You need to be good with people.

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is looking for an outgoing, motivated professional to represent our company throughout Southeast Michigan and develop relationships with the businesses and professionals who can become long-term referral partners.

If you're confident meeting new people, enjoy being out in the community, and want to turn those strengths into a professional career with real advancement potential, we want to meet you.

We'll teach you the business development system.

You bring the energy, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

What Is Business Development at Voda?

This isn't a call-center job.

You won't spend your entire day sitting behind a desk making cold calls.

And you don't need to be an aggressive salesperson.

The objective is to make Voda the company these professionals know and trust when their customers or properties need restoration services.

What Your Week Might Look Like

One day you might meet with an insurance agency.

Another day you could visit several plumbing companies.

Later that week, you might attend a local networking event, meet with a property manager, or follow up with a referral partner you've been developing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Introducing Voda to new businesses and referral partners
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings
  • Developing new professional relationships
  • Maintaining relationships you've already established
  • Attending networking and community events

This is a field-based position, so you should genuinely enjoy getting out, meeting people, and developing a professional network.

A Career, Not Just an Entry-Level Job

This position has room to grow.

You will learn how to develop a territory, build professional relationships, create referral partnerships, manage accounts, and generate business.

As you demonstrate that you can consistently build relationships and create opportunities, you will have the ability to take on greater responsibilities and increase your earning potential.

For someone who wants to build a career in sales or business development, this can be the starting point.

Why Voda Cleaning & Restoration?
