Traveling Dishwasher – Summer Opportunity

Assignment: Summer Seasonal (Travel to New Jersey Required)

Position Overview

We are seeking Traveling Dishwashers to support restaurant operations in New Jersey during the summer season. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
  • Operate dish machines and ensure proper cleaning temperatures
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
  • Sort, stack, and store clean items properly
  • Remove trash and keep kitchen and dumpster areas clean
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors; clean spills promptly
  • Assist with general cleaning and kitchen support tasks
Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays required)
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
