Responsibilities include notifying customers of shipment arrivals, distributing documentation, tracking shipment movement from origin to destination, arranging cargo release and delivery according to customer requirements, proactively providing shipment status updates, and handling shipment exceptions such as delayed flights or split shipments.
  • Support accounting processes within the break bulk department, including printing invoices, correcting rates, transferring fees, revising prepaid/collect charges, and filing claims for damaged goods.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications – Import/Export Coordinator:

  • High school diploma or higher degree in Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics, Operations Management, International Business, or a related field.

  • Ability to work independently and professionally to meet both internal and external customer needs.
