Position Summary

Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to support promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This position provides hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and marketing support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
  • Support event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Welcome attendees and provide event-related information.
  • Assist with registration and attendee coordination.
  • Maintain event schedules and organizational records.
  • Communicate with team members regarding event logistics.
  • Gather attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting.
  • Represent client brands professionally during events.
  • Support additional event and marketing activities as assigned.
Qualifications
