Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of transactional real estate and business client matters
  • Assist with light litigation cases related to real estate and business matters
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal services
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
  • Participate in client meetings and court appearances as needed
