The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, is well-organized and manages time wisely. The candidate will provide support to Division department's by assisting with customer service and administrative duties.

What You'll Do:

  • Receive, process and scan mail documents to appropriate recipients.
  • File and store original recordables per retention guidelines.
  • Process returned mail according to division procedures.
  • Process outgoing mail according to division procedures.
  • Receive/Post checks and update files accordingly.
  • Perform end-of-day deposits.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Act as liaison between First American and building management to handle maintenance and other building-related requests.
  • Assist the Customer Service team by handling incoming call overflow during surge periods.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • This is an entry-level position, but customer service, office/administrative, call center or industry-related real estate background is helpful.

Pay Range: $16.07 - $21.41 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
