Title Order Entry Customer Service Summary: 

The Title Order Entry Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing incoming title and escrow requests, performing data entry, and working cross-functionally. 


This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for individuals interested in growing their experience in customer service, real estate, title insurance, or general business administration.


The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, organizational skills, strong time management, and attention to detail. You must be a team player with a strong desire to provide a “best in class” customer service experience.


Title Order Entry Customer Service Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately receive incoming title insurance orders and review property information (legal descriptions, addresses, buyers/seller details, etc.) for completeness and accuracy.
  • Promptly and accurately enter order data into our title and escrow production software.
  • Retrieve and save necessary starter documents, tax assessments, and public records from county and state tax websites.
  • Monitor file statuses and ensure proper assignment to the Title department for title searches and examinations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients, agents, and lenders.
  • Demonstrate strong professionalism and communication by contacting clients to retrieve missing data, resolve order discrepancies, or request additional documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal staff members.
  • Assist with sending and receiving mail on behalf of the office staff.
  • Completes all other administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor(s).

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. 
  • No experience required; 1+ years of Title Insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Resware, Qualia, or other industry software preferred. 
  • Ability to navigate multiple internal systems and demonstrate strong computer skills is required.
  • Ability to serve as a role model by maintaining high-quality customer service standards.

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., with an average of 40 hours per week.  Overtime hours may become available and required based on business needs. 


Position available in either our Sterling Heights or Farmington Hills office locations, depending on candidate preference.
