Job description

Responsibilities

Design Power distribution network for Tenant Improvements (offices, retail, restaurants), aviation, industrial, healthcare with a thorough knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC), California Building Code (CBC), and California Energy Code (TITLE-24); Execute Electrical Design for building systems which includes lighting design, power design, lighting control, voltage drop calculations, electrical load calculations and design layout of electrical systems (Transformers, Distribution Boards, Electrical Panels, circuit breakers) including single line diagrams (SLD); Utilize computer‑based software such as Auto CAD, Revit and Energy Pro for modeling and layout of lighting, grounding, panel scheduling, conduit run, cable layout, schematic and connection diagrams; analysis and evaluation of the building electrical system/components of existing buildings; perform Title‑24 energy calculations, lighting Photometric calculation necessary to bring the building into compliance as per NEC/CEC/Title 24.

Wages and Benefits

Offered Wage: $111,072 per year.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
