  • Provide behavior analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating ABA Treatment Plans and Behavior Support Plans

  • Earn fieldwork hours through a combination of:

    • Behavior analytic supervision activities and training experiences
  • Non-client activities (e.g., article review, independent study, supervision prep) may be unpaid but count toward BCBA fieldwork requirements
  • All supervision is provided under a licensed Apex BCBA Supervisor

Growth Path
  • Hands-on clinical experience while completing BCBA fieldwork
  • Free supervision toward BCBA certification
  • Tuition reimbursement available to support graduate coursework
  • Opportunity to expand into behavior consulting responsibilities
  • Pathway to transition into a salaried Program Supervisor role after BCBA certification

Compensation
Behavior Analyst Interns are compensated based on role and service type, with opportunities to grow into higher-level clinical and leadership responsibilities.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Services: $25-$27/hour
