Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Clerk at Voltguard Utilities LTD, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records by entering and updating data related to our clients, and business transactions. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help ensure smooth and accurate operations within the company. This position requires a strong ability to work with sensitive information while upholding the confidentiality of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data in company systems and databases.
  • Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files of client records.
  • Assist in generating reports based on data entry tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure proper data management and flow of information.
  • Monitor, track, and resolve discrepancies in data or documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to privacy policies.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, scanning, and responding to inquiries.
