The Software Developer I is responsible for all aspects of application development including business analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support.
What You'll Do:
  • Executes support and maintenance procedures to help resolve issues quickly at the lowest cost while meeting customer expectations
  • Owns service escalations from customers, working with direct management and IT to address
  • Partners with business stakeholders to develop user training guides and business continuity procedures
  • Partners with business to create and execute onboarding process for new users helping them to rapidly become proficient in using technology
  • Identifies and escalates improvement opportunities that increase system uptime, improve technology adoption, and drive customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
  • .net, C#, SQL Server, HTML, and Java Script a plus.
  • MS Office Suite
  • 3-5 years related experience.
