Position Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer services. Write the computer programs used for everything from the systems that allow computers to run properly to the latest software applications for mobile devices. It's an expanding field that requires a creative mind who wants to be on the cutting edge of finding new uses for technology. Analyzing the needs of clients and then designing a system to meet those needs. Recommend software upgrades to existing systems. Design the step-by-step flowcharts for computing systems that show how program code must be written in order for it to work properly. Document all tasks to ensure that subsequent users can diagnose and fix any problems that might arise in a system, as well perform any maintenance. Position Responsibilities: Provides staff support for administrative tasks and projects relative to operation of the business. Develop HL7 interfaces. Develop Dashboards, and Applications using SQL, C# and ASP.NET Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions. Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals Working closely with analysts, designers and staff

Qualifications

ABILITY TO: Successfully perform the planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities department. Demonstrate decision making skills concerning processes and procedures, with the ability to complete tasks and/or project's within budget and on schedule. Be sensitive to cultural differences among individuals and groups of persons. operate a motor vehicle Use written and verbal communications skills to present department plans and activities to individuals and groups throughout the organization. KNOWLEDGE OF: C#, ASP.NET and SQL LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE: Must possess a valid driver's license. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer. Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking. Must be able to travel and work remotely as needed, and participate in the on call rotation.
