Job Title: Nuisance Animal Operator
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
 Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Nuisance Animal Operator to join our team. This position involves inspecting properties, trapping and removing nuisance wildlife, performing exclusion work, and educating customers on prevention methods. Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, entering crawlspaces/attics, and interacting professionally with customers.
Responsibilities
  •  Inspect residential and commercial properties for wildlife activity 
  •  Trap and remove nuisance animals safely and legally 
  •  Seal entry points and perform exclusion repairs 
  •  Set and monitor traps and bait stations 
  •  Complete service reports and communicate findings with customers 
  •  Follow state and local wildlife regulations 
  •  Maintain company vehicle and equipment 
Qualifications
  •  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 
  •  Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments 
  •  Comfortable on roofs, ladders, crawlspaces, and attics 
  •  Strong customer service and communication skills 
  •  Pest control or wildlife experience preferred but not required 
  •  Ability to work independently 
Preferred Experience
  •  Wildlife control or pest management experience 
  •  Construction, roofing, or handyman background 
  •  Licensing/certifications (if applicable in your state)
