Your Role at SARRC
Behavior Therapists are an integral part of the SARRC team! Our Behavior Therapists spend their days connecting and including individuals with autism in their homes, schools, jobs and communities using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Full-time, Monday - Friday; 8am - 6pm
RBT Certification
Registered Behavior Technician certification is required within 30 days of employment.
Transportation Requirement
Behavior Staff are required to have reliable transportation to/from clients with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations).
Work Environment
Candidates must possess the physical ability to perform the following tasks consistently throughout the workday:
  • Prolonged Standing amp; Movement: Ability to stand, walk, and move dynamically around the classroom and playground for extended periods.
  • Lifting amp; Transferring: Ability to safely lift, position, and transfer moderate amounts of weight as needed, and assist in crisis management or transition support.
  • Bending, Squatting, Kneeling: Frequent ability to bend, squat, kneel, or sit on the floor to interact with children at their level.
