Front Desk Receptionist — Matt Bowers Hyundai (Slidell, LA)

Be the first impression of Matt Bowers Hyundai Slidell. We’re looking for a polished, people-first professional who can run a busy front desk, keep our team organized, and deliver a five-star guest experience for every sales and service visitor.

Location: Matt Bowers Hyundai Slidell — 298 E Howze Beach Rd, Slidell, LA 70461

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and welcome every guest with professionalism; check them in for sales or service and route them quickly to the right associate.

  • Answer a high volume of calls, take accurate messages, and direct calls to Sales, Service, Parts, or Management.

  • Provide administrative and clerical support: scan/attach documents, data entry, print forms, and keep digital/physical files current.

  • Manage calendars: schedule customer appointments, test drives, and service drop-offs/pickups; coordinate conference rooms and meetings.

  • Assist with event planning and dealership promotions (deliveries, owner workshops, holiday events).

  • Proofread documents for accuracy; prepare meeting notes and transcribe minutes when needed.

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly; escalate to managers when appropriate.

  • Maintain a professional, tidy lobby and waiting area; ensure signage, brochures, and displays are up to date.
