As a Youth Coordinated Entry Case Manager, you will maintain the Youth Coordinated Entry system in St. Louis City and County. You'll provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth.

This Position:
We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field OR High School Diploma/equivalent and four (4) years' experience in human services OR a combination of the above.
We're looking for someone with experience working with at-risk youth and has knowledge of how to access community resources.
Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License are required.
