Pay: $16-$18/hour (based on experience) + overtime (55-60 hours/week typical)

Position Overview We are hiringTire Buildersto join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn how to build and assemble tires using specialized equipment. No prior experience is required-we provide full training and even includeforklift certificationas part of your development.


What You'll Do

  • Build and assemble tires according to quality and safety standards
  • Operate and maintain production equipment
  • Learn and follow structured build processes
  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
  • Cross-train across multiple functions within the department, including:
    • Operating presses
    • Injection processes
    • Material handling
    • Quality control
