Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative

Paid Training | Weekly Pay | Performance-Based Growth

Osnova is growing, and we're looking for competitive, people-focused individuals who are ready to start a career in B2B sales.

In this entry-level role, you'll work directly with small and medium-sized business owners, helping them find telecommunications and connectivity solutions that fit their business needs. No previous B2B sales experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship from day one.

What You'll Do:

  • Meet with local business owners to understand their telecommunications needs.
  • Recommend business phone, internet, and connectivity solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships through a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals while continuing to develop your skills.
