Manufacturing Operator
You'll work in our clean, climate-controlled production facilities in either Bethel or Royalton, VT
Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll run manual and automatic machines - up to 6 machines - to produce plastic or silicone parts used in medical devices.
You'll be responsible for making sure everything you make meets our strict quality standards and follow packing instructions.
You'll also be relied on to report any safety hazards.
Qualifications:
You don't have to know anything about injection molding and medical devices to succeed in this role - we'll teach you.
You must care about doing the little things right, showing up on time, and being a helpful and respectful teammate.
You must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, written instructions, and operating procedures.
You should be able to accurately record notes and updates about what your machine is doing and be able to ask your Team Leader for help when you need it.
You must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry up to 50 lbs
We operate on 12 hour shifts, which means you get 3 or 4 days off a week!
