Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an Entry-Level Commercial Service HVAC Technician for their Rochester, NY team. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our clients. For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Isaac is one of the nation's largest privately held HVAC/R contractors and services over 35,000 clients a year. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize part installs, quoted repairs, and servicing of clients HVAC systems
  • Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
  • Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy
  • Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
  • Accountable for following all company safety procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • EPA – Universal Certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
  • OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred

The starting base range for this position is $18.50 to $22 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
