About the Role

We are looking for an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our Streamwood, IL team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career and looking to build a strong foundation in office administration and business operations.


You’ll work closely with employees across the organization, helping keep day-to-day office activities organized and providing support with administrative and employee-related tasks. The position offers a mix of routine administrative work and opportunities to learn new processes, systems, and areas of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and internal teams.
  • Answer phones, respond to general inquiries, and direct questions to the appropriate department.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and assist with calendars and other meeting logistics.
  • Prepare, format, scan, file, and organize documents, reports, and other business materials.
  • Enter and update information in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records and ensure information is kept accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative responsibilities as you gain experience.


Qualifications

  • Similar experience preferred (retail experience will be considered).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning new software, systems, and processes.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
