Job Summary

HireFrontier is hiring a dependable Entry-Level Recruitment Office Assistant to support daily administrative and recruiting operations. Responsibilities

●      Respond promptly to candidate and client emails and inquiries

●      Answer and route incoming calls professionally

●      Assist scheduling interviews and updating candidate records

●      Handle general clerical duties: filing, data entry, document prep

●      Prepare recruitment and onboarding paperwork

●      Maintain accurate records and assist with database updates

●      Support the team with additional admin tasks as needed

Preferred Experience
