Job Summary

Full Circle Recruiting is seeking dependable and motivated Entry-Level Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Use basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Follow drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
  • Inspect completed work for defects and quality issues.
  • Perform basic measurements as required.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet daily quality and production expectations.
  • Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed.

Qualifications
