Job description

Salary: $18-$22 depending on shift

Position Summary

Full Circle Recruiting, LLC. is seeking motivated and dependable Floor Staff to support our fast-paced beverage manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for assisting with production, packaging, sanitation, and material handling while ensuring all products meet quality, food safety, and operational standards.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor beverage production and packaging equipment.
  • Assemble, label, package, and palletize finished products according to production specifications.
  • Perform quality checks to verify product appearance, fill levels, coding, and packaging accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production floor in accordance with GMP and sanitation standards.
  • Load raw materials and packaging supplies into production lines.
  • Support changeovers, line setup, and equipment cleaning between production runs.
  • Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet daily production goals.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
