This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or someone looking to transition into personal injury law. No prior personal injury or litigation experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Here's what you'll be doing:
  1. Learning all aspects of personal injury litigation and case management
  2. Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions with attorney guidance
  3. Communicating with clients and helping guide them through the legal process
  4. Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
  5. Assisting with case strategy and litigation preparation
  6. Working closely with a supportive and experienced legal team
  7. Growing into managing your own caseload as your experience develops
