Business Operations Coordinator (On-Site)
Location: In-office (5 days/week)
Reports to: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and help drive execution across multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who demonstrates strong structure, follow-through, and maturity beyond their years.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring tasks move forward, deadlines are met, and accountability is maintained across both local and remote contributors.
This is an in-office role requiring strong communication, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
 


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track multiple operational projects simultaneously
  • Maintain task lists, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure execution
  • Communicate clearly with internal team members and external stakeholders
  • Hold individuals accountable to deadlines and commitments (local and remote)
  • Support process documentation, organization, and basic reporting
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, or delays and escalate appropriately
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks as needed
  • Ensure high attention to detail and accuracy across all work
  • Follow through on assignments without needing repeated reminders

Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education (or currently completing) in business, operations, or a related field
  • Some work experience (including internship, co-op, or entry-level role acceptable) demonstrating:
    • Organization
    • Structure
    • Follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High computer proficiency (Microsoft Apps and ability to learn others)
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
