Salary: $17 - $25 Hourly DOE

Title: Mitigation Technician

Location: Lindon, UT


We help homeowners restore their homes and peace of mind after unexpected damage. As a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Restoration, youll support customers during difficult situations such as water, fire, or mold damage. This is an important, entry-level role where youll learn valuable skills, work as part of a team, and make a meaningful impact. Were looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in helping others and want to grow with our company.


What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?

  • Serve others within your community in their time of need
  • Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property
  • Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage)
  • Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform restoration and cleanup services (including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition) under supervision
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout each project
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle and equipment
  • Assist with setting up equipment, temporary structures, and preparing materials for removal
  • Clean and care for tools and equipment used on the job
  • Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone as needed
  • Support warehouse and facility tasks when required


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds frequently
  • Exposure to potentially extreme weather conditions
  • Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, for 8-12+ hours per day
