Service Writer / Service Advisor โ€“ Entry Level Welcome

Foreign Sports Automotive is a top-rated European auto repair shop in Thousand Oaks, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a motivated, computer-savvy Service Writer with a great attitude and strong communication skills.

Experience is a plus, but NOT required.

If you're good with Word, Excel, and learning new systems, and you enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to start or grow a career in automotive.

What You'll Do:
  • Greet customers and provide a great service experience.
  • Open repair orders and document concerns.
  • Communicate with technicians and customers.
  • Build estimates and updates in Tekmetric (we train you).
  • Use Word & Excel to stay organized.
  • Manage workflow, inspections, and follow-ups.
