Position Summary: We are seekin detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as Machine Operators and Assemblers. In this entry-level, temp-to-hire position, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing assembly tasks, and ensuring the quality of plastic components. This role involves continuous physical activity and a commitment to maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor production machinery to produce plastic automotive components. • Perform assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify and address product flaws or inconsistencies. • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
