Job description

The primary responsibility is to assemble products per work instructions in an entry level capacity with training and support provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Read work instructions and verify they match the assigned task.
  • Learn new work instructions as required.
  • Collect required materials from bins and set up workstations per instructions.
  • Assemble parts and inspect own work as instructed.
  • Complete required training in a timely manner.
  • Assist other manufacturing staff and support other projects as requested by management.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as required by work instructions.
  • Maintain compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read and understand device and work instructions, including verbal instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a repeated basis.
  • Close vision, color vision, and depth perception sufficient for assembly tasks.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with tens and hundreds, and use of U.S. units for money, weight, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to carry out tasks from detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Soldering skills required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • IPC soldering certification.
